The UNINETTUNO Store portal was realized in such a way as to offer all possible users the highest degree of compatibility with the most widespread systems available. Several tests were made on the most widespread platforms (Mac OS, Windows, Linux) and on the main browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari).

The hardware and software requirements are the basic ones and are generally met on a common standard system for home use; the software packages used, delivered under different kinds of licenses, anyhow always free, can be downloaded from the websites of their respective producers. In order to better exploit the multimedia contents available you need to have:

• Have installed on your PC Flash Player, the plug-in enabling to display the video lessons in an MP4/H.264 format; the latest version of this plug-in is available free on: http://get.adobe.com/it/flashplayer/; using this format, also those who use Linux, OSX and the main tables and smartphones can display UNINETTUNO video lessons.
