    Course description
    The course aims to offer a full portrait of the organisational knowledges that will be used and perfected in the others classes of economics
    Objectives
    The course supplies the conceptual and operational tools to: acquire the fundamental logics of the organisation functioning and the relations among the people Acquire the knowledges to develop the personal skills indispensables on the job market

    • Which organisational solutions for which strategies? Structures, operational systems and behaviours
    • Environment and organisation
    The planning of the macro structure
    • How to gather the activities in organisational units
    • How to coordinate the organisational units
    • How to choose the criteria of specialisation. The forms of organisations ( basic, functional, divisional and the matrix)
    • The integrative organs
    • The management and the government of the organisation
    • The forms of organisation among the firms

    • Management for processes
    • Personal motivations and work contents
