    • Collaboration with UNINETTUNO for staff enrolment to university courses or to single modules included into UNINETTUNO educational offer

    The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO is working at the support of the national socio-economic situation by developing bilateral agreements and joint projects, in cooperation with trade unions both at national and local level as well as with companies, that are aimed at staff training. The objective of these initiatives is to enhance the workers’ training level and the companies’ professional competences on the global markets and, if required, at the specialization and continuing retraining and upgrading the workers.
    The aim of this form of collaboration is to offer the employees university-level training and retraining relying on the advantages assured by UNINETTUNO model:

    • First-class teachers coming from the best Universities in Italy and in the world;
    • Considerable cost reduction, compared with traditional face-to-face training;
    • Use of technological and didactic state of the art in distance and blended training;
    • Utilizzo dello stato dell'arte tecnologico e didattico nella formazione a distanza e blended;
    • Training activities do not necessarily affect the employees’ working time, thanks to the flexible way of getting the material (on demand) and of the tutoring model (scheduling of virtual classes and single meetings can be agreed with classes created ad hoc);
    • The interested employees can choose between enrolling for a degree course or for a set of specific courses selected by themselves from a catalogue of UNINETTUNO courses; every course will end with a final exam and the successful students will be recognized academic credits according to the ECTS system (European Credit Transfer System), which UNINETTUNO applies to.
    • The building-up of UNINETTUNO Technological Poles at the companies premises located at national and international according to the number and concentration of employees/students per area will assure students a UNINETTUNO point of reference, and above all, to take the exams at the Technological Pole which is the most convenient for them, where they will be joined by our teachers and tutors to take the exams with no interference on the usual working activity.
